‘Cool Down’ comes from a place of Love chasing where I would do anything to make sure the girl sticks around even though I eventually realized that she was only there for a good time and not a long time. I had friends whisper in my ear how me chasing that love wasn’t so good for me but for some reason I preferred to scream cool down to her instead of me taking a step.
