CEO PAINS is the follow up project to IJM LJ’s CEO series, in 2021 LJ had the formal acceptance into the Roc Nation School of Music Sports & Entertainment in Brooklyn. Though this invitation was very exciting it was also prove to be a pivotal decision within LJ’s self owned label and even his personal life. The decision to relocate would show benefits and drawbacks LJ has battled.
