With so much going on I felt like I had to take a load of my chest as a part of self healing,in this song I touch deep about my insecurities,daily problems dealing with anxiety and depression.I tend to be a person that bottle a lot up but I guess it was time I let the bottle open so I could spill a part of me into your ears for I know I can't be alone with my problems.This is not a very up tempto song but an emotional story which I hope y'all will enjoy.
