The long-awaited seventh album by EDM duo The Evolution Solution arrived in early 2019, leaving the scene of hard drum loops and repetitive synths and moving into a more edgy scene. "This album was a long time coming," said William Flahive in interveiw. "We were working on it for roughly three months, refining a lot of the songs we wanted to keep. We originally had something like twenty songs lined up, but we slowly cut them down to the best. I'd 100% call it our best album yet; it's really thought-provoking, and whilst some of the tracks are just wavy noises for four minutes straight, we deliberately put stuff like that in to make the listeners think.
