My Black Heart, the fourth studio album by EDM duo The Evolution Solution, leads the listener into a journey of life and death, all overlayed with a nasty backstory. "You write an album to make people think," says William Flahive, one half of TES. "And that's what we did with this one. Sometimes you have an idea and it explodes into a project like this, and that's what we wanted with MBH. We worked in the themes of depression and suicide, and wrote songs exploring these feelings. We have those songs like Life Graphs that's darkly pumping full of bass synths, and the we also have Living Through It All, which goes through life.
