First, R.I.P. to Jimmy Buffett. Here's the story behind the cover of this song: I was in a band called Caged, with 2 friends, in 2017. We had mainly covers recorded (all private as of now, but they were up on this/my page here for awhile.) and one of them was this cover of Margaritaville. This was recorded on my old laptop on Audacity using a 30$/20 year old microphone, and mixed/edited on Sony Vegas Pro 13(A video editing app). The vocals and guitar were recorded at once in one take. I tried to get a better/ full sound out of this, while getting rid of the background noise the mic had made. Hope you enjoy!
