This album is called A.A. Recovery. Throughout the album each song is accompanied by an acoustic guitar. Which is why the A.A. stands for Authentically Acoustic . From one track to the next I journey through a process; recovering from disappoint, grief, heartbreak, and self-destructive tendencies. Simulating a flow similar to that of an AA meeting, each track is a new step I use to elevate your awareness of where I am in my process. I'm really transparent in my music with the intention and overall goal to be healed.
