On the "Some have been here" EP, Tayeh explores the dynamics of love. She celebrates dreamingly in MAFO of love unbreakable with an uptempo, high-life vibe characteristically laced heavily with live guitar instrumentation. As with some relationships, while some cracks are mendable, others signal the beginning of the end. FADE is an official ask of an unfaithful partner, nicely tucked in subtle amapiano rhythm. Breakups can be lows many have to consciously rise from. FLY is an encouraging classic pop tune to that effect. In rising we sometimes fall to FRIENDS to create new memories we can stack on and compress the bad ones. This uplift is sealed with a light-hearted rap from Tayeh. Tayeh partnered with ace guitarist Godwyn to create an Acoustic PADI version.
