"Taking a trip down memory lane with this 1996 hit from Ivory Coast—a song that wasn’t widely known at first but found its moment of fame thanks to a viral TikTok dance in the 2010s. The artist’s live performances and interviews brought it even more recognition. For me, this song is pure nostalgia. I remember discovering it through a YouTube short, instantly captivated by its opening notes. It became my soundtrack—on repeat during school, at home, even while cleaning. Every time I hear it, I’m transported back to 9th grade, sitting on the crowded classroom floor, surrounded by friends. This song isn’t just music; it’s a cherished memory."
