Hooligan is a song that came about by my experience with law enforcement in Lagos nigeria. Me and my team were accused of being fraud stars or robbers just cos of the way we were dressed which is only modern fashion. This song just says just cos we dress in a way you don't like don't mean we doing illegal stuff like stealing and defrauding people, plain and simple
