Surpass Flavor brings balance to the game with “Gamers,” his second sigital off his upcoming Over/Under EP. Producer Shocker G also returns, proving his production range with a melodic and celebratory drum-roll fiasco. “Gamers” is a tribute to the female emcees Surpass grew up on and finds him focused on leaving no stone unturned and no name forgotten. “Gamers” borrows its title from the Conscious Daughters’ 1996 track of the same name and also reworks their hook into something new.
