70’s inspired melodic rock full of prog-rock keyboards, sick alternative guitar wizardry, pounding drums and passionate vocals. Steve Hillier released his first EP entitled Moving Star on Sept 1, 2023. It was recorded using two outstanding musicians from Lyon, France, Mike Noegraf on guitar and Zamm Kenoby on drums. Rafael Frietas, an incredible bass player from Brazil, is also featured on two songs, Come Back Home and Nancy. Encouraged by fans and fellow musicians, Steve recorded and produced this EP with the help of an online site - fiverr.com. All of the songs were written by Steve, between 1971 and 2023. The lyrics reflect the philosophy of love and peace of the sixties, focusing on our need to exhibit greater humanity and tolerance toward one another.
