Whilst the song is fun and energetic... the juxtaposition lies in S.Treat’s lyrics, emphasizing the struggle, hustle and bustle the people of his two homes (Ghana & U.K) go through and how they compare to each other. “Yenko means let's go in Twi (Ghanaian dialect) and that’s how I felt when making the song. Everyone goes through their own set of problems in life and the song name is like my personal mantra for motivation to just ‘Get on with it’ as in let’s move, lets progress, let’s get up and go get what we want, that’s how the song came about. I was definitely inspired going back home to Africa and seeing people that might not have much or have the odds stacked against them.
