In 2015 I completed my autobiography and five years later in 2020 it was published. Another five years later I completed the music / video album to accompany my book. It was another therapeutic and creative way to express the emotions and struggles of dealing with abuse as both a victim and as a witness. I am what you may call a Conceptual Musician. Every track tells a personal story from my life, and hopefully will relate and resinate with many others...
