This is Scrappy C’s first ever solo project meant to be his break through to the industry. Like the title itself, as you will hear from the intro, it’s been 4 years waiting for the PERFECT TIME to unleash his art to the world. Like he goes on mentioning on the song closer, he has gotten to the point where he is closer to the his dreams than ever and ready to rest all for it to come true. Like any other journey, there are always uncertainty even when at the climax so he mentions in the song “Question”, but that won’t stop him from reaching his dream. The project on PERFECT TIMING are meant to give a hype but motivating vibe to the audience form start to the end due to the energy in the composition from the beats, lyrics and delivery itself.
