Old is a reflective song about growing up and losing your innocence. It's a timeless story of the process of becoming a version of yourself that the younger you would be proud of. Old touches on finding the beauty in the changes that life brings. I wrote this song as I realized me and my friends are getting older and can no longer use the excuse of being young dumb and broke. We realized that there are habits and addictions we developed that have robbed us of our childhood dreams. This song is a therapy session to reclaim that childhood innocence.
