Grace is all God does for us on the basis of the cross through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we received His unmerited favor and continue to receive it. The Bible says in Gen 6:7-8: ... *But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD."* Thus the earth was preserved through Noah because of the Grace of God.
