Clout 9 is Lil Phag aka Elijah Daniel’s January 2018 release. Clout 9 features Dr. Woke, friend Bella Thorne, and fellow YouTuber Tana Mongeau. The song was first tested in late November but finally got released mid-January. The music video (released on January 23, 2018) was directed by Bella Thorne with Elijah playing a gay Soundcloud Jesus and features Bella, Dr. Woke, and Tana.
