On this day, as I turn a year older, I am grateful for the gift of life. I may not have received everything I’ve asked God for, but being alive to witness this day is a blessing in itself. I remain hopeful that, in due time, everything will fall into place. Jah, guide my steps toward goodness and mercy. Keep me away from trouble and from places where evil gathers. Protect my loved ones and all who wish me well. When the time is right, may we come together to celebrate in joy and abundance.
