So someone in my family WhatsApp group sent in a video of a masquerade called “EBI” from our hometown Umuobiala in Abia State, Nigeria. Next thing I know, I'm prompted to sample a bit of that video and throw in a thousand more sounds together to have “EGWU EBI”. (I even got to sample "Baldwin Park" by Sonder. This is me assuming you know who that is. I love them though. 😁) This is quite the experiment for me because this is one of those rare moments where I'm sharing instrumentals publicly after a lot of overthinking. I mean, it's not supposed to be a big deal because I'm just as much of a producer as I am performer and songwriter. I am a multifaceted artist and you get to experience me in so many layers. Enjoy the next couple of minutes. Love you. Raldie Young
