Head Cleaner is my 8th album since 2016 - I put out two cassette tapes in the '90s and had a song on one of the Internet compilation tapes around 2000. The album title is a bit of a pun on the head cleaners we'd use on tape machines and cleaning your own head. The album is instrumental - I wanted to return to my roots, instrumental progressive rock; I formed a couple bands outside Washington DC called Patterned Response and we played original prog rock. Every track on this album makes me think of different ways to clean your head, and I hope you'll find listening to it interesting. And I'm already working on tracks for my next album, "Corpus Oceani."
