The synonymy of music to Pappykojo’s life is fundamental. Discovering his inclination to imitate, replicate and create music early, young Pappy (born Jason Gaisie) wasted little time delving in. Surrounded by a doting grandma and parents Kofi Badu & Rosemond Gaisie, Pappykojo had enough support for it to serve as a springboard for his music career. Pappykojo is a ‘Stan’ and a Lil Wayne fanatic and you can hear their influence in his music. His infectious jovial spirit is also evident in his flow. A flow garnered from piecing together bits of his musical influences from childhood in Takoradi, Ghana and Verona, Italy.
