In life, there are choices we make simply because they’re expected of us. People want to control everything; they expect you to act exactly according to their expectations. And I won’t lie to you: I was forced into my previous choice. Today, that’s no longer the case. Today, I’m just choosing to be myself. To be the artist I’ve always dreamed of becoming, without a mask. I know this will shock some, maybe even break some, but I can’t keep lying to myself. So here it is: I’m changing my artistic direction. You won’t understand, that’s for sure. But know that I respect your opinions, your criticism, and the pain you might feel for what you may call a lost soul. This is my last song under that identity, under my former self.
