This EP is the official soundtrack to my first book "Keep Moving On: The Migration of a Punjabi-Sikh Family." The book chronicles my family’s unique journey from Punjab to Canada, and tells the story of my father’s migration across 40+ countries and five continents. This soundtrack parallels themes of mental health, intergenerational family dynamics, classism, racism, and resilience discussed in the book.
