Nenjah Nycist the kintsugi tapes: volume one

Tapping into the underground based, lower sound quality of hip hop that has been becoming more and more popular as of late, Nenjah Nycist teams up with producer AUR to create "The Kintsugi Tapes (Volume 1)." Kintsugi is defined as "....the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold.." The unorthodox production and low fidelity representing the broken pottery and while the lyrics and wisdom within represent the powdered gold. Dubbed as "Lyrical Lofi," The Kintsugi Tapes is a 6 track album from Nenjah Nycist, leading up to his full blown release of the highly anticipated 777 project.
