Mandem (The Switch) pays tribute to the Caribbean and UK slang and attempts to honor the culture that has inspired Nato and Scaasi. Mandem means "those boys" and refers to the ppl Nato used to run with. But post deconstruction/reconstruction, Nato has evaluated the trauma and has decided to remove the old and build something new. Mandem may not like that decision.
