when i wrote the chorus to Save me , i was thinking very sad thoughts and i was in a very emotional phase,the song tends to pick at vulnerability and frustration when it comes to love . but going into the verse i became aggressive ,almost like in a speed chase cursing out the love of my life , Save me is a roller coaster of sad emotions and energy backed up by electric guitars and 808s.
