The idea of capturing the essence of today's fast-paced and transient society, where content is consumed rapidly and quickly discarded, is what I had in mind for the title track of the album. I wanted to maintain the same groove while infusing different emotions within each bar, mirroring the idea of repurposing and reusing ideas in today's short-lived content. Inspired by other mid-tempo bass artists such as Rezz and Opiuo, “ephemera” combines bass-driven sound with the alternation of high frequencies and low-pitched vocals to create an engaging and dynamic sound.
