Atofarati was birthed when I was just 18. One night, I gazed into the heavens in awe of how God had miraculously come through for my family and me in a desperate situation. In that moment, I encountered Him as the unfailing One I can always rely on — the God who fights not only for me but for everything that concerns me. That revelation gave life to this song. The second line of the song was drawn from Revelation 1:5, while every other word flows from the Psalms and the intimate encounter I had with God that night. Atofarati is more than a song — it is a testimony of His faithfulness, a reminder that He is forever dependable.
