Ekwedu 2 is the explosive final chapter from the Zim Hip-Hop collective Malcom Mufunde & YaadUniverse, an 18-track sequel to their 2023 Shona-language debut, Ekwedu. Produced by YaadUniverse's in-house talents, The Maker and Tyhill, the album brings together a daring lineup of alternative artists from Zimbabwe and beyond. The concept-driven project unfolds as a conversation between Malcom and his Canada-based sister, Rumbii, set against the gritty backdrop of a Harare bus terminus.
