“OBENGFO” a five(5) track EP which Y.O.G depicts musically about positivity, progress and life experiences. Yaw Obeng has managed to differentiate himself with pure delivery and exclusive lyrical content which are not too familiar these days in popular music. Like many music lovers of his generation , Y.O.G has passion for both emotional songwriting and creating music about true events. His debut EP “OBENGFO” has blending elements of Afro Trap , Hip Hop and Afro fusion. According to Y.O.G he decided to name his EP “OBENGFO” meaning Genius in respect to his late Grandpa Opanin Obeng Fosu who inspired him into songwriting as he was a writer himself.
