To receive the "fire and anointing of God," you must cultivate a deep, intimate relationship with God through prayer, worship, studying the Bible, and living a life of faith. Actively inviting the Holy Spirit, repentance from sin, and a desire to live by His power are also key elements in experiencing His manifest presence. God wants us to learn how to spend time in prayer and wait on Him. It's in that place of stillness and waiting on His presence that the saturation of His anointing comes upon us.
