The journey of the Refix E.P all started when a member of Kwartengs management played Wande Cole “NANA YAA”. Wande called Maleek Berry, as it was a refix to his hit single “Sisi Maria”. Wandes excitement filled up the room as he expressed “HE’S COMING FOR YOU…. THIS ONE LIL KID BRO…“. A few months after this encounter, Wande Coal would then go on to feature on Kwartengs hit single SANKOFA. The Refix has now become a series, which will display Kwartengs writing abilities and vocal skills when dealing with covers from some of your favourite artists.
