K.R.Y.T.I.C met Nkandu Kataya aka Stretch DJ at Munali Roundabout after a short chat on mig33 in 2009. What followed was a series of late night and early morning recording sessions that became the punching bag for two very frustrated creatives. Poetry In E Minor was a blend of K.R.Y.T.I.C's love of soul and Nkandu's love of rock. A few songs, like Runaway for instance, were recorded at other studios but for the most part K.R.Y.T.I.C and Stretch curated a product that can be appreciated ten years later as a Zambian Hip Hop classic.
