KingYM developed a deeper love for music at an early age, From the age of six, he would sing almost every song he hears on the TV, radio, etc over and over again. This childhood experience helped to shape his musical journey and as a teenager he was already writing and performing songs of top notch musicians at various events in his home town. When KingYM decided to build his brand proper, he recruited a manager and from 2017, December, he’s become one of the biggest musicians in the Bono and Ahafo Regions of Ghana. His melodic mix creates a distinctive sound that intrigues and transports his listeners. He seems larger than life on stage with his music penetrating into hearts and souls. He has become best known for his single “Alefu” which became an instant hit when it was released. This song created lots of opportunities for him and till now, it's his biggest song.
