“so(u)litude: the state or situation of being alone, yet fulfilled, isolated yet connected; a fruitful form of solitude with an ever present (u). SOS is a cry for love from one’s inner self at a time when self-empowerment and self-confidence are needed as fuel to get through an average day during a global pandemic. Despite the uncertainty that lies outside of us, we have an inner (u)niverse that we can create peace in. Written in confinement, with the cover art shot in my apartment, sounds of so(u)litude allowed me to cultivate that peace for my(self). I hope they can inspire the same in (u).”
