"truce" is one of the most personal songs I’ve written. Inspired by my own weight loss journey, it’s about body image, body shaming, and the quiet war so many of us have with our own reflection. Instead of pretending self-love is easy, the song is about calling a truce with your own body. The track is intimate and understated, letting the lyrics lead. It’s meant to feel like an internal conversation for listeners navigating body image and learning how to be kinder to themselves.
