This is an album of hand drumming and percussion. A kick drum is played with a mallet, and a snare drum can be heard on some tracks. All other drums are natural rawhide skins being played with the hands and fingers. Congas, bongos, cajon, djembe, darbuka, tambuta, utar and more are featured, along with many other percussion instruments and effects. All tracks were extemporaneously improvised as they were recorded.
