J.Howell

Deeply impassioned R&B vocalist J.Howell specializes in nocturnal and atmospheric R&B ballads. The Memphis-based artist has been active recording since the mid-2010s, when he began uploading songs such as "Put Me on Luv." In 2019, he independently issued his biggest project yet, the nine-track RedRoom. The release contained "Talk," a slow jam that gained traction with enough adult urban contemporary stations to appear in Billboard's Adult R&B New and Active listing at the tail-end of August. ~ Andy Kellman
