When Mama Prayed, Part 1 is more than just an album; it’s a living testimony. Every song is a reflection of the prayers my mother made, prayers that at the time felt impossible, but today have become my reality. This project carries the weight of her faith and the proof of what she believed I could become, even long after her passing. The 17-track album captures that spiritual journey through sound, a blend of gratitude, reflection, and fulfillment. I produced 70% of the album myself, with incredible collaborations from BeatFrik, Focus Beats, C.OB, and Bless Beats. Mixing and mastering were handled by myself, Mt Productions, and BeatFrik, with beautiful additional keys from Joshua Sambo that brought warmth and emotion to the music.
