Odyssey is the 4th solo mixtape in Jake Rattle's discography (his 5th being a collaborative effort with fellow rapper T-Mac). Unlike his first 2 projects, Odyssey takes us on a journey through Jake Rattle's growth as an artist. Hailing from the city's west side of Detroit Michigan, Jake Rattle's style of music wouldn't be considered a known sound to the notorious city in Michigan where most of it's music's main sound is rough and very hard hitting. On the other hand Jake Rattle provides us with different sounds of music while simultaneously somehow maintaining a very catchy but subtle sound of his own. One of his main calling cards may be an often aggressive "Haa!!!!! or a simple "Ya dig" but most importantly, you will surely know it's Jake Rattle if you ever hear his signature "Rattle"
