This sophomore album is a story about phases in my life. I wanted this album to remind me of all those moments where I felt that life was worth living - that it couldn’t get any better than this. I wanted it to also be filled with the struggles and pain that I have felt throughout my life. This album is filled with sorrow but the whole idea and concept of this album is growing out of it, healing, but still having that pain be a part of who you are.
