Hezekiah Owate aka Star ice is a fast rising Afropop sensation. Hails from Africa, had his early life in Tema, Accra Ghana. The rising act first showed interest in music at the age of seven, Influenced by the likes of Fela Kuti, Michael Jackson, Bob Marley and Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe, then began composing his songs.
