The wait is over, Philly rising star, Quilly (formerly known as Quilly Millz) releases his self titled project, Quilly. The sixteen track project features all originals songs, and no freestyles. There is an extra four songs on the download bringing the project to a total of twenty original tracks. The project has features from Spade-O, Chic Raw, Vodka, Every Ave, and On Dek Ent’s own City Rominecki. Don’t get caught up on the features, as Quilly progresses to gives his fans more complete songs with hooks and multiple verses.
