The leaves once bleak we may come to celebrate... This began as a piano piece, trying to capture the sounds of a autumn rain. As I refined this score, I thought to distant friends who have seen ponderous days of uncertainty, but whose future shines with the gleam of breaking sun on the shimmering leaves.
