This song is about identity and love. It talks about how we can all find our identity in Christ Jesus who knew us before we were brought into this world and he keeps calling our names through His word to reassure us of this identity. The love of God also touch our heart through his word and His love is readily available by the holy spirit as we fellowship with the spirit. The word of God brings other things like joy, peace and it's our source of living waters which the scripture talks about in John 7:38.
