Between the Push n Pull is 13 chapters of everything I kept inside. Love, hurt, guilt, confusion, anger, distance, and the moments in between where I was trying to figure myself out. I could’ve turned pain into a double album, but these songs say what needed to be said. This isn’t about pointing fingers or playing the victim — it’s about what happens when life keeps pulling you one way while your heart pushes another.
