Feb9 Presents: BHM BHM (Black History Month) is producer Feb9’s second installment of his instrumental album series that drops annually, each February 9th. Like the 2013 project, “Cold Day in February,” BHM consists of nine instrumental tracks showcasing Feb9’s musicality; BHM, however, offers a tenth bonus track. BHM honors the significance bestowed on Feb9’s birth month by creating a soundscape that matches the revolutionary spirit of black history. Excerpts of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech adorn the project throughout. The melodies and progressions emote power, courage, and forward movement.
