Growing up in Brookyln, NY we had limited outside food options. It was always Pizza,Chinese, or Deli sandwiches. Nothing TRuly healthy. Now that more people are becoming in tune with their health and the health stores are popping up more and more this my feel good, eat good, live Great song. Connecting people back to their natural nutrients building their defenses and in what better way than in a SMOOTHIE!
