"Arise" as the title implies is a clarion call to everyone to stand in reverence of the Master and Saviour, Jesus Christ as we recognise His majesty. At his birth, the wise men "arose" to worship him. You can't stand up for the King of kings and bow down to the devil. You are indomitable! Your shining is connected to your "arising"!
